These are all books I have read and enjoyed. I may not ‘go with’ everything in every book but I have not put anything in here that hasn’t been helpful. Some are especially helpful and uplifting and I class them as ‘must reads’

The Cancer Whisperer Sophie Sabbage . How to let cancer heal your life. (she says it ALL … Go Sophie!! A must read!)

A personal account of how one Dr with grade 4 Glioblastoma designed his own drug regime and became a long term survivor (25 years+)without a single recurrence. Clinical trials, drug cocktails and other treatments your oncologist won’t tell you about.
Love, Medicine and Miracles by Bernie S Siegel. Lessons learned about self-healing from a Surgeon’s experience with exceptional patients.
Eat to outsmart Cancer by Jenny Phillips. How to create optimum health for prevention and Recovery. An easily readable book with all the basics if you want to understand the essential nutritional needs if we are to work to eliminate cancer, with a few example recipes to get you started.
Spontaneous Healing by Andrew Weil M.D. How to discover and enhance your body’s natural ability to maintain and heal itself.
The Biology of Belief by Bruce L Lipton Ph D Unleashing the power of consciousness, matter and Miracles.
Dying to be Me by Anita Moorjani. My journey from cancer to near death to true healing.
Mind over Medicine by LissaRankin MD. Scientific proof that you can heal yourself.
Grain Brain by David Purlmutter The surprising truth about wheat, carbs, sugar – your brain’s silent killers.
Pear Shaped by Adam Blain. If you want a laugh-out-loud read about having terminal brain cancer, (yes it IS possible) look no further. This guy is amazing. LOVE it! (despite the fact that I don’t agree with his diet/strategy… just to goes to show its all about attitude, and he has plenty!) (another must read!)
